If you enter the wrong email or username more than 4 times, you will be locked out for 10 minutes.
If you’re not sure, reset your password. Also, look in your Spam and Trash folders in your email for messages. they will on occasions delivered there.
If your are still having issues. Contact us via WhatsApp or TXT 0409 778 406 with your account details and we will reset your password and send this out to your email address.
All accounts are now verified via email sent to your email address once you register. To log in, you will have to verify via the link sent.
Please check your SPAM & JUNK FOLDERS.
OTP is now active for all customers and once set to use the GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR. This will be the only login required.

Create strong passwords from the start. 12 characters is recommended.
- At least 12 characters.
- At least one of each: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, symbols.
- No character may be repeated 3 or more times.
- No ordered numeric sequence of more than 2 characters is allowed (i.e. 123 or 321).
- No ordered or patterned sequence of adjacent characters of more than 3 characters (i.e. abcd, abab).
