Frequently Asked Questions

An order once placed, picked and packed and prior to being dispatched, can be cancelled.
Unfortunately once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel this order.

Refunds/exchanges are only possible if we are contacted prior to sending any items back. We process refunds/exchanges if the product is faulty or incorrectly ordered for the purpose it was intended for.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after the order is dispatched, abuse, any modification, and using the product outside of its intended parameters.

An order can be modified via contacting us at any time after processing within 24 hours and prior to dispatch. We will then contact you with the difference prior to dispatch.

All orders placed are given a tracking number from the carrier allocated to the delivery. Some orders will use Australia Post and others will be allocated to Carrier Freight. A link to the tracking site will also be added to your order history.

Your order may be delayed due to the time when the order was placed. All orders received after 4.00 pm AEST will not be processed until the next morning. Another delay may be the type of product chosen which could be produced on demand, such as the PITLANE leads we produce in-store.
